The service operates on a fee-for-service model where patients pay per consultation, with prices listed for each doctor to ensure upfront transparency. Patients can read and leave reviews, helping others choose providers. Cura.sa differentiates itself by concentrating on children’s and urgent care through a telemedicine format in Saudi Arabia, offering clear pricing and a straightforward booking-and-consultation experience. • Its hospital partnership with Saudi German adds integrated consultations, monitoring, and health information exchange.
  • Corporate wellness with Saaya Health opens employer-paid revenue beyond one-off patient consultations.

What critics are saying

  • Saudi German Hospital, Magrabi, and MOH dwarf Cura's traffic, brand, and distribution.

  • It offers locally compliant video care through Zoom integration, aligning with CHI, MOH, NPHIES, PDPL.
