Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of demonstrated proven track record of KPI development, success measurement, and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Applied experience with data analysis of large research datasets, such as clustering analysis (k-means or latent class), basic regressions, or similar
  • R, Q, Python, SPSS, SAS and Tableau experience a plus
  • Independent thinking that can take the initiative and approaches problem solving with an innovative mindset and focus on scalable solutions
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and thinking through multiple perspectives with the ability to stay grounded in the face of change
  • Experience in the video games or tech industry a plus
Responsibilities
  • Define success metrics: Establish KPIs around player perception and engagement inside and outside of the game.
  • Design reporting process: Create clear and informative reports and dashboards to track key metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Analyzing performance: Conduct in-depth analysis of player behavior, identify trends, and uncover insights that drive product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Developing insights: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Implement new tools: Introduce new performance management tools and suggest improvements to project management and data visualization systems
  • Advocate for our players and provide strategic guidance about their wants, needs, and behaviors
