Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Technical Project Management,Partnership Management or Solutions Engineering
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential for success
  • Experience working with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, scientists, and senior leaders as well as non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with agile/iterative development and program management methodologies
  • Ability to navigate complex problems and driving high-quality, innovative, and robust technical solutions
  • Prior experience leading on large inter-organizational technical projects
  • Track record for delivering quality results on time
  • Prior experience working with APIs, API methodologies and documentation
  • General knowledge of software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Responsibilities
  • Scope and deploy cross-organizational integrations and software projects
  • Improve and create process that allows the team to operate more effectively
  • Effectively communicate technical issues with clients in non-technical language
  • Manage end to end integration projects - includes scoping, testing, and deploying integrations to our clients
  • Work with engineers across organizations to ensure customer scope and business needs are met by the developed integration
  • Represent Nayya’s product and tech with our customers and vendors, providing guidance on our API formats and usage patterns
  • Guiding solutioning for outbound integrations with partners’ APIs, providing internal guidance to our engineering team in solution design
