Responsibilities
  • Support scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communications
  • Assist with maintaining recruiting workflows and operational organization
  • Help keep recruiting activity moving efficiently across multiple teams and agencies
  • Support day-to-day recruiting and administrative operations
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records across systems
  • Help organize talent data within Google Sheets, Greenhouse, and operational trackers
  • Support consistency across documents, workflows, reporting, and candidate pipelines
  • Assist in cleaning up, organizing, and standardizing recruiting information and processes
  • Help improve how information moves between Google Docs, Google Sheets, Greenhouse, and recruiting workflows
  • Explore AI tools that support organization, scheduling, workflow management, documentation, and operational efficiency
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and improve consistency
  • Support operational projects focused on smarter systems and more connected workflows
  • Assist with operational reporting, recruiting trackers, surveys, and workflow analysis
  • Help organize and analyze recruiting activity, timelines, and operational data
  • Support projects focused on improving visibility, efficiency, and process organization across the network
  • Help identify patterns and opportunities that improve operational effectiveness
