About the job
- The role requires 0–4 years of experience.
- Possess core testing skills, including test case design, test strategy, and test data creation.
- Have hands-on experience with manual, exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Design, implement, and maintain a functional testing coverage model and deliver quality features.
- Possess debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Have experience in mobile testing on Android and iOS.
- Understand functional and non-functional testing.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to analyze and solve product issues.
- Understand RDBMS fundamentals and have working knowledge of database testing.
- Have experience with or understanding of API testing.
- Understand the bug lifecycle and defect management process.
- Understand the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Have working knowledge of at least one defect management tool.
- Contribute input to project estimation and planning.
- Stay up to date with testing techniques and test strategies.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to accomplish milestones.
- Have an AI-native mindset and actively leverage AI in day-to-day work.
- Design and execute clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases for APIs and Android/iOS applications.
- Identify test data requirements and generate data to support testing.
- Create and manage bug reports.
- Maintain documentation of test results, analyze test results, and recommend corrective actions.
- Experience in automation testing.
- Experience with black-box testing techniques.
- Experience or knowledge in the financial services domain.
