Requirements
  • A BAC+3 or higher level of education is required.
  • A background in digital marketing, e-commerce, or communication is required.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads is required; foundational SEA/SMA knowledge is advantageous but internal training is available.
  • Proficiency with data-analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, or Google Sheets, is required.
  • Ability to write and optimize advertising copy, including structuring advertising messages, is required.
  • Interest in test-and-learn methods and continuous optimization is required.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with launching and configuring advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Participate in creative briefs, help draft briefs, and coordinate with the creative studio.
  • Update and configure selected campaign assets according to SEA and SMA managers' briefs.
  • Help optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, segmenting audiences, and conducting A/B tests on advertising content.
  • Contribute to managing product catalogs in Google Merchant Center.
  • Track campaign key performance indicators and report on ongoing campaign performance.
  • Identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign profitability and effectiveness.
  • Assist with implementing and analyzing optimization tests.
  • Monitor trends and optimization opportunities across advertising platforms.
  • Help develop new advertising channels, including Pinterest Ads, Social Ad Publishing, DailyMotion Ads, and Criteo.
  • Participate in deploying the Spanish market by configuring campaigns, translating assets, and preparing initial reports.
Desired Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian is advantageous.
