Responsibilities
  • Manage/mitigate credit risk of portfolio transactions.
  • Complete on-time, accurate, well-articulated annual reviews, amendment memos, trend cards, and CLAR's; maintains MRA quarterly spreads/PRISM grade reviews; maintains credit files, other compliance requirements such as monthly tickler attestations, quarterly/annual credit file reviews and attestations, manage collateral, review field exams and appraisals.
  • Attract, retain and develop a team of top credit professionals.
  • Understand and adhere to various Truist and ABL policies, processes, procedures and regulatory requirements; ensures policies and controls are executed; timely completion of all required Corporate and Business unit training/testing.
  • Restructures or resolves troubled (workout) credits with input from risk partners.
  • Manage ABL credit, operational and market risk within pre-approved risk tolerance levels.
  • Work with originations, structuring, legal, compliance and risk partners to align strategic objectives, share market knowledge, and facilitate seamless execution.
  • Demonstrate Truist culture and values.
