  • Extensive experience with SAP implementations and the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA and cloud migrations, functional modules, development technologies, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing learning and development strategies for diverse technical teams, including familiarity with current trends, especially in technical skills and state-of-the-art learning technologies.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices, with the ability to apply them to large-scale SAP transformations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in developing and delivering strategic communication plans.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Lead change impact communications for major SAP transformations, including S/4HANA and cloud migrations.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder management strategies, including leadership meetings and broader engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for process improvements and technology adoption in learning and development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of learning and change management efforts.
  • Regularly report progress and outcomes to senior leadership, continuously assessing and enhancing change management and learning strategies.
