Requirements
  • BS or above, Master’s degree preferred in computer science or related engineering fields
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Software
  • Experience as a business analyst with working knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service business processes
  • 2+ years of experience using web-based technologies (ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS)
  • Experience using visual or no-code development tools
  • Relational database experience
  • Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming
Responsibilities
  • Support full development life cycle using a DevOps approach with a product mindset
  • Design solutions based on field, customer, sales, and internal product requirements
  • Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to capture requirements and solutions
  • Write well-designed and testable code following best practice agile principles
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional DAP Solution
  • Develop solution verification plans and quality assurance procedures
  • Document and maintain solution functionality
  • Deploy solutions and evaluate user feedback
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards
  • Ensure solutions are updated with the latest target platform features
