Requirements
  • 8+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or channel roles with significant EMEA market experience
  • Demonstrated experience building a partner program or regional partnerships function from an early stage, not just managing an inherited book
  • Comfortable working across multiple partner types: agency/SI relationships, technology alliances, and channel or reseller models
  • Track record of driving partner-influenced or partner-sourced revenue in a commercial-facing role
  • Strong instincts about how GTM motions differ across EMEA markets and how to adapt a global playbook accordingly
  • Experience working in close partnership with regional sales leadership; you earn trust with a sales organization by making deals move, not by managing relationships in a vacuum
  • Based in EMEA; fluency in English required, additional European language a plus
Responsibilities
  • Own the EMEA Partnerships Strategy for Apollo, including developing and owning the strategy and advising on where it diverges from US or global priorities based on market dynamics, buyer behavior, and regional competitive landscape
  • Serve as the primary voice of the EMEA ecosystem internally, advising cross-functional stakeholders on where the global strategy fits, where it doesn't, and what needs to be built locally
  • Partner closely with Apollo's Head of EMEA Sales to ensure the partnerships strategy ladders to regional revenue goals and is genuinely integrated into how the EMEA team goes to market
  • Track and report on partner-influenced pipeline and revenue across the region; use that data to prioritize where to invest time and push for executive decisions
  • Build Apollo's agency partner program in EMEA from scratch — identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential GTM, RevOps, and AI-native agencies across key markets
  • Enable agency partners to build differentiated practices around Apollo, with a focus on helping them generate real revenue from the relationship through services delivery, customer co-sell, and Apollo's demand-routing programs
  • Develop the enablement, capability verification, and matchmaking infrastructure needed to put agencies in front of the right Apollo customers — with the goal of driving retention and expansion in the installed base, not just new-logo sourcing
  • Work with the global agency team to translate and adapt the GTME certification program and playbooks for the EMEA context
  • Own the regional execution of Apollo's CRM and technology partner relationships (Salesforce, HubSpot, and others) — working with global alliance owners to unlock co-sell motion in EMEA and connect Apollo's field reps with counterpart partner reps in the region
  • Identify integration and co-sell opportunities that improve Apollo's ability to compete and win in EMEA mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Explore and evaluate where net-new strategic alliances make sense for EMEA distribution, building business cases for investment when the opportunity is real
  • Assess where reseller partnerships make commercial sense in specific EMEA markets, particularly in countries where direct coverage is thin or where local distribution partners can accelerate Apollo's reach
  • Define the commercial model, partner criteria, and enablement requirements for any reseller motion; build the first partnerships if there's a clear path, and bring in the right internal stakeholders to support it
  • Be honest about where reseller adds leverage and where it adds complexity — this is a charter to explore, not an assumption that it's the right model everywhere
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot partner programs in an EMEA context
  • Familiarity with the EMEA agency and RevOps ecosystem
  • Prior experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a product-led or sales-led motion

HireQuotient's EasySource delivers $60,000 cost savings for Stern at Home Therapy, US healthcare firm.

HireQuotient's EasySource delivers $60,000 cost savings for Stern at Home Therapy, US healthcare firm. San Francisco, USA, August 11th, 2026, TechnologyWire Flagship AI Talent Platform EasySource Cuts Time-to-Hire by 45% for Healthcare Providers via 90% License Board Coverage, 20M+ Verified Profiles, and Autonomous AI calling & texting agents. HireQuotient, a pioneer in artificial intelligence-driven talent acquisition solutions, who announced their strategic partnership with Paylocity (NASDAQ: PCTY) last week to empower frontline industries with AI agents for recruitment, today announced the successful early results from deployment of its flagship sourcing platform, EasySource, at Stern at Home Therapy. By deploying autonomous AI agents to automate top-of-funnel candidate discovery and engagement, Stern at Home Therapy, a US based healthcare firm, reduced its clinical time-to-hire by 45% to 50% while capturing over $60,000 in direct cost savings. The US healthcare sector faces unprecedented structural challenges, including acute clinician shortages, strict geographical licensure requirements, and substantial revenue loss resulting from open clinical requisitions. Passive job boards and legacy recruitment channels routinely fail to engage specialized, in-demand clinicians. HireQuotient solves these systemic industry bottlenecks by integrating deep government license repositories, multi-channel candidate intelligence, and conversational AI outreach tools into a single talent discovery engine. Platform Core Capabilities: Enterprise AI Sourcing Engine & Recruitment Operating System HireQuotient's EasySource platform operates as an autonomous talent co-pilot designed to navigate complex healthcare sourcing workflows. The platform combines verified entity data layers with automated multi-channel engagement to deliver accurate candidate matches: * 90% Government Repository Coverage: EasySource dynamically queries state government registries and licensing boards across the United States. By maintaining over 90% coverage of state license databases, the platform automatically verifies credentials, active standing, and regional territory compliance before initiating candidate contact. * 20M+ Verified Healthcare Professional Network: The platform provides direct access to a database of over 20 million verified healthcare clinicians, enabling recruiting teams to connect directly with passive candidates. * Data Intelligence Partnerships: To ensure high deliverability and contact accuracy, EasySource integrates directly with leading data intelligence networks, including RocketReach and Apollo.io. * Autonomous AI Calling and Texting: Recognizing that field-based and mobile healthcare professionals rarely monitor email during working hours, EasySource features automated AI voice calling and SMS text engagement. The platform's conversational AI agents initiate contact, evaluate regional availability, answer preliminary practice inquiries, and schedule qualified interviews autonomously. This technology came to life at Stern at Home Therapy under the leadership of Yale Smith, Director of Talent Acquisition. Managing talent acquisition, Smith deployed EasySource to map active PT, PTA, and OTs across localized patient travel radiuses and facility environments, such as a specialized PTA role in Port Jervis. The AI agents launched natural, multi-channel outreach campaigns highlighting local patient care benefits, transforming top-of-funnel discovery. Within just few weeks, Stern at Home Therapy, confirmed four clinical role closures across physical and occupational therapy disciplines, cut hiring timelines nearly in half, and saving more than 60,000$ direct costs. Reflecting on the platform's impact, Yale Smith shared his experience: "In therapy staffing - especially mobile outpatient and Part B home care - finding clinicians who are licensed, mobile, and available in specific geographic pockets is extremely challenging. EasySource completely changed the equation for us. It acts as a force multiplier for our TA team, identifying exact-fit PTs, PTAs, and OTs and starting meaningful conversations right away. While I am a Director, I do not need a team now as EasySource AI agents act as junior sourcers and being a one-man army, I can now outperform most TA teams of our competitors. By leveraging HireQuotient's AI agents, we cut our time-to-hire nearly in half (45-50% reduction in time to close positions) while taking complete control of our recruitment pipeline without relying on expensive staffing agencies. Cost savings have been to the tune of $60,000+." The success story at Stern at Home Therapy mirrors a growing trend across the broader healthcare landscape. HireQuotient is expanding its footprint rapidly across diverse medical sectors, delivering AI-powered sourcing to a growing portfolio of forward-thinking organizations. Industry leaders like Luminary Hospice and specialized Homecare Providers rely on the platform to rapidly place clinical coordinators and home health aides. Prominent specialty care network - including Five Valleys Urology, PX3 Medicals, United Derm Partners, Lone Peak Dental, and Thrive Physical Therapy Partners - leverage HireQuotient to staff multi-site practices with surgical techs, medical assistants, dental hygienists, and physical therapy leads. Healthcare search firms like HPS Talent and residential organizations like Evo Care similarly depend on EasySource to accelerate executive and clinical staffing workflows. "We are finding an exceptional clientele across the entire healthcare ecosystem who are transforming their talent pipeline with HireQuotient," noted Smarthveer Sidana, Founder & CEO of HireQuotient. "Whether supporting hospice networks, specialty medical groups, or dental practices, our combination of 90% government repository coverage, 20 million verified healthcare professionals, top-tier data partnerships, and autonomous AI calling and texting gives healthcare organizations the speed and precision they need to eliminate agency costs and keep patient care first" About HireQuotient HireQuotient is an enterprise AI technology company building autonomous talent acquisition solutions. Its flagship platform, EasySource, acts as an AI co-pilot for recruitment teams, automating candidate discovery, credential verification across state license repositories, multi-channel engagement via voice, text, email, and does everything until onboarding. The startup specializes in frontline industries, including but not limited to healthcare, building services, construction, manufacturing, insurance, retail. Contact. Cerberus buys distressed portfolio from ING Group.

Cerberus buys distressed portfolio from ING Group. 05.08.2026 One of the fund's most significant recent developments is the allocation of Project Ignis. ING Group launched this portfolio last spring, and Cerberus acquired it after a competitive bidding process. The portfolio consists of €230 million in non-performing loans, both mortgage- backed and unsecured. In this sector, these assets are classified as secured and unsecured, which implies different levels of risk and recovery potential. The transaction was closed with an approximate 35% discount, bringing the final value to around € 150 million, according to industry sources. Such discounts are common in this market, where the price depends on the future ability to recover the loans and the performance of the associated assets. More acquisitions and competition among large funds In addition to this acquisition, Cerberus has shown interest in other significant transactions in the debt and real estate sectors. Of particular note is its participation in the sale of Coral Homes, a company with a substantial portfolio of real estate assets that Lone Star acquired from CaixaBank approximately eight years ago. At one time, that portfolio was valued at €7 billion, although over time it has shrunk to less than €1 billion. This portfolio has attracted the interest of several investors, such as Apollo and Fortress, who are competing with Cerberus for control of the company. Furthermore, the fund has also shown interest in a portfolio of approximately €200 million that Banco Santander is selling, in addition to the purchase it made about a year ago of another holding from the Swedish bank Hoist.

Reo.Dev raises $11.3 million Series A to expand ai-powered sales intelligence for developer-focused software companies.

Reo.Dev raises $11.3 million Series A to expand ai-powered sales intelligence for developer-focused software companies. July 17, 2026 Reo.Dev raises $11.3M in Series A led by Elevation Capital Reo.Dev has raised $11.3 million in a Series A financing to accelerate development of its AI-powered go-to-market platform, which helps software companies identify buying signals from engineering teams and technical decision-makers. The funding round was led by Elevation Capital, with participation from existing investors Heavybit, India Quotient and Foster Ventures, as well as new investor Uncorrelated Ventures and several angel investors focused on artificial intelligence. The latest investment brings Reo.Dev's total funding to $15.3 million, just eight months after the company announced its seed round. The company plans to use the capital to expand its frontier AI capabilities and advance its roadmap for AI-powered sales agents as software purchasing increasingly shifts toward developer-led adoption and AI-assisted product evaluation. Reo.Dev's platform is built around a Developer Knowledge Graph that now contains more than 100 million engineer profiles and supports more than 200 enterprise customers, including NVIDIA, LangChain, ElevenLabs, Couchbase, Nebius, n8n and Temporal. Rather than relying on traditional marketing engagement metrics, Reo.Dev identifies purchase intent by analyzing technical activity across the software development lifecycle. Its platform captures signals from GitHub repositories, command-line interface usage, package managers, documentation engagement, product interactions and broader indicators such as technology adoption, software migrations, hiring activity, engineering seniority and buying influence. Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Achintya Gupta said engineering teams often reveal purchasing intent long before engaging with sales organizations. He said developer actions such as repository forks, command-line usage, Docker downloads and migrations away from competing technologies frequently represent the earliest indicators of buying interest, and Reo.Dev was designed to surface those signals before they become visible through conventional sales processes. Among the company's newest products is its Agent Intent Gateway, which is designed to identify purchasing signals generated by AI agents interacting with software through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). As AI systems increasingly evaluate, compare and recommend enterprise software on behalf of users, Reo.Dev aims to help vendors recognize buying intent originating from machine-driven interactions as well as human users. The platform is built on a technical data layer covering more than 3,000 technologies and 250 technical job functions, enabling sales, marketing and revenue operations teams to prioritize high-intent accounts. Reo.Dev integrates with enterprise sales platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo and Claude. The company says customers are already seeing measurable commercial results. DataHub generated $1.01 million in sales pipeline during a single quarter from accounts identified through Reo.Dev's buying signals, while Unstructured.io now attributes 40% of its pipeline and 20% more booked meetings to opportunities surfaced by the platform. Reo.Dev operates in the growing sales intelligence market alongside companies such as Common Room and Warmly but differentiates itself by focusing specifically on behavioral signals generated by developers and engineering organizations rather than broader corporate intent data. That specialization has helped the company establish a customer base among developer tools providers, AI infrastructure companies and enterprise software vendors selling technical products. Elevation Capital investors Krishna Mehra and Poorvi Vijay said enterprise software vendors increasingly need contextual intelligence as both engineers and AI agents become more influential in technology purchasing decisions. They said Reo.Dev's Developer Knowledge Graph provides a differentiated data foundation that positions the company to become a key platform for software companies selling into technical organizations. Alongside the funding announcement, Reo.Dev also launched DevGTM Academy, a learning platform featuring case studies and best practices designed to help go-to-market teams improve sales and marketing strategies for developer-focused products. The initiative complements the company's broader strategy of building tools and educational resources tailored to the evolving dynamics of technical software buying.
