Requirements
  • 2+ years in customer success, client management, implementation, onboarding, or sales, ideally in an enterprise or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with customers, including executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to various levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, especially using tools like Tableau, to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers post-onboarding.
  • Manage and expand the wallet share of a portfolio of enterprise clients by identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer retention through proactive engagement.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools such as Tableau to monitor customer health.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews, preparing insightful presentations and data-driven reports.
  • Work closely with the Implementation Project Manager and Implementation Lead to ensure seamless transitions for newly onboarded customers.
  • Develop an expert-level understanding of the Provi platform, guiding customers through any technical issues.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally.
