Experience in the sale of luxury goods or the retail industry.
Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market and fashion trends.
Previous relevant sales experience, preferably in the fashion and accessories industry; customer service or hotel industry experience is also considered.

Responsibilities

Maximize sales and provide excellent customer and after-sales service.
Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships.
Help maintain a positive and professional working environment.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with market trends and competitors.
Support and assist colleagues as part of the team.
Promote the brand’s culture internally and externally, acting as a brand ambassador.
Maintain organization, grooming, and appearance standards while respecting guidelines.
Actively support management with key in-store processes to ensure compliance and standards.
Contribute to and support back-of-house operations and processes.
Take part in innovative projects.

Desired Qualifications

Previous relevant sales experience, preferably in the fashion and accessories industry; customer service or hotel industry experience is also considered.
