About the Job

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in product marketing strategy and execution; B2B technology or vertical SaaS experience is ideal.
  • Experience marketing an ERP or platform suite with add-on solutions, including positioning integrated capabilities against best-of-breed point solutions and messaging products still in development.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot in day-to-day marketing work, with a track record of applying AI to increase output and quality.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing marketing campaigns in a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, and creating content for social and digital channels.
  • Experience working day-to-day with a demand generation partner, translating messaging into assets for live campaigns.
  • Comfort presenting and delivering content at webinars, conferences, or user events.
  • Ability to independently manage complex, overlapping workstreams with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including crafting differentiated narratives for technical audiences.
  • Project management capabilities and ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Salesforce, or similar marketing/product technology stacks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute go-to-market plans for launches, releases, and updates across current and upcoming ERP platforms and their integrated MES, WMS, and CRM solutions.
  • Write and produce launch materials, including product copy, webinar content, email campaign copy, sales-facing launch decks, product videos, and supporting social content.
  • Maintain differentiated messaging across offerings so customers and prospects understand current capabilities, availability, and the roadmap.
  • Plan and execute webinar and user-meeting content, including agenda planning, presentation development, and delivery of product-focused sessions on stage or on camera.
  • Contribute messaging and content to AI product launches as the portfolio evolves.
  • Build messaging and content for solution adoption and expansion within the ERP customer base, including migration, upsell, and attach campaigns; the campaign manager counterpart owns campaign build, scheduling, and execution.
  • Work with Demand Generation to translate messaging and positioning into campaign plans, themes, content, copy, and product direction for market use.
  • Meet regularly with the campaign manager counterpart to review market response and adjust messaging and content.
  • Provide input on customer segmentation and lifecycle messaging so campaigns reflect each customer's journey from new-logo acquisition through renewal and expansion.
  • Develop positioning and messaging for the ERP platform and integrated MES, WMS, and CRM solutions, distinguishing current capabilities from roadmap and articulating the advantages of a unified platform over best-of-breed alternatives.
  • Write and produce ERP platform content, including sales sheets, product web copy, blog content, customer stories, explainer videos, pitch decks, and competitive comparisons.
  • Ensure messaging consistency and brand compliance across ERP-related content, and identify positioning gaps or cross-product inconsistencies.
  • Build and maintain battlecards, competitive intelligence briefs, and objection-handling guides for the ERP platform, including positioning against standalone MES, WMS, and CRM vendors.
  • Coordinate and plan Sales enablement sessions alongside Product Management.
  • Maintain a proof-point library of ERP platform case studies, ROI data, and customer references, including evidence of the value of integrated solutions.
  • Conduct win/loss interviews and monitor competitive activity for the ERP platform and integrated solutions, including standalone MES, WMS, and CRM competitors, and compile findings into actionable briefs.
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing and Product to surface customer and market signals that inform positioning and prioritization decisions.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to chemical or process manufacturing industries, or to ERP buyers specifically, is a strong plus.
  • Experience in B2B technology or vertical SaaS is ideal.
