Responsibilities
Accurately and promptly fill customer orders.
Check in and put away material, verifying the quantities and quality of received material.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and keep aisles and walkways clear.
Accurately and safely load and unload customer vehicles as needed.
Perform cycle counts accurately and promptly as required.
Participate in ongoing education and training as required, continuously update product knowledge using available resources, assist customers at the counter, stay informed about product inventory and accessibility, and know where merchandise is located in the warehouse.
Conduct sales efforts ethically and professionally.
Enter customer orders and branch transfers, and obtain quotation, inventory, and pricing information.
Follow up on customer orders, resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction, and respond promptly to customers.
Provide product or job quotes as appropriate.
Communicate relevant policies and procedures to customers, including those regarding purchases, returns, and credit terms.
Assist with maintaining the branch's appearance, including straightening and cleaning the counter area, warehouse, and bathrooms.
Report back orders and material discrepancies.
Perform all duties safely, follow safety rules, and inform the manager of potentially hazardous conditions.
Assist with year-end physical inventory.

Responsibilities
