A bachelor's degree in an information technology-related discipline or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of experience working in information technology software engineering environments, leading the development of business intelligence solutions including report solutions, ad-hoc reports, and analytical solutions.
Deep experience designing and developing Tableau visualization solutions.
Experience installing and upgrading Tableau Server and tuning server performance for optimization.
Experience creating users, groups, projects, workbooks, and appropriate permission sets for Tableau Server logons and security checks.
Ability to analyze and dissect user requirements and build front-end business intelligence applications according to specifications.
Understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-vendor global environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with the ability to quickly learn and understand business processes and problems in order to develop technical solutions effectively.
