Requirements
  • 1-3 years of related experience in various accounting roles (AR, AP, general ledger, revenue, payroll)
  • BA/BS in Accounting or a related field
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with balance sheet reconciliations
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Effective project management skills
  • Adaptable and enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
Responsibilities
  • Assumes responsibility of month end close tasks
  • Prepare variance review for management review as part of financial reporting
  • Prepare and post various journal entries
  • Management of all expenses related to hosting COGS
  • Management of all allocation journal entries and allocation module
  • Track hardware deployments and validate revenue recognition
  • Review and post all journals related to lease 842 module
  • Coding and recording of company credit card transactions
  • AP and Expense report accruals for expenses occurred but not yet received
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations with accuracy
  • Assist with ad hoc projects specific to acquisitions
  • Assist in supplying documentation in a yearly external audit
  • Record all AR and AP journals related to operational team requests
  • Order hardware via Salesforce shipping requests and reconcile within NetSuite module
