Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
  • Strong customer support skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end users and assist with hardware, software, and IT infrastructure needs.
  • Resolve end-user issues and requests.
  • Install and configure FII-approved software.
  • Identify, resolve, or escalate software and hardware issues to the proper teams.
  • Image and deploy laptops and desktops.
  • Instruct new hires on backing up their data to OneDrive and contacting the Help Desk with issues and requests.
  • Manage and support mobile phones through Verizon mobile device management.
  • Create and manage user login accounts in Active Directory.
  • Maintain team inventory, software databases, and procedural databases.
  • Create and modify standard operating procedures, how-to guides, and procedural documentation.
  • Update software libraries.
  • Support and maintain conference room conferencing equipment.
  • Research and answer technical questions from other FII departments.
  • Perform inventories and audits.
  • Assist the OT production IT support team when needed.
  • Provide support for corporate events.
  • Act as liaison for Google partner accounts.
  • Help maintain printers by replacing toner and ink and coordinating repairs.
