- Able to prioritize tasks and work with attention to detail.

- Able to work shifts for a minimum of 24 hours or three days per week, according to the assigned schedule.
- Perform food operations and tasks within the department.
- Maintain food and service quality, manage product stock, and serve customers.
- Strictly follow food safety procedures.
- Serve customers and visitors to IKEA to ensure satisfaction and an enjoyable shopping experience.
