Requirements
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related discipline, or one of the stated alternative qualification pathways: registered nurse with a combination of one or more years of college plus education and experience equal to four years; licensed practical nurse plus two years of related experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent plus four years of related work or life experience.
A valid driver's license with fewer than six points.
Overnight availability as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision to consumers residing in an adult group home.
Provide transportation, recreational activities, and direction with daily living skills to increase independence.
Provide case management services.
