Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of our Engineering department and be a hands-on leader as we scale our technology, people, and business
  • Work closely with our co-founders, team leaders, and engineering managers to identify short-term and long-term roadmaps and define and execute strategies to reach our engineering goals
  • Manage multiple teams of engineers
  • Provide and implement best practices
  • Provide a vision for the composition of our Engineering teams as we grow
  • Work hand-in-hand with our People Operations to attract top talent and identify hiring needs
  • Be a mentor and coach to our engineers, facilitating their career growth and helping to impart and establish an outstanding culture for our Engineering department
