- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Candidates must be able to travel locally to client homes throughout Maryland.
- After-school and/or weekend availability is preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician certification is required, or candidates must be actively pursuing certification upon hire.
- Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification within the required onboarding timeline in accordance with Maryland Medicaid and payer requirements.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in client homes.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living.
- Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team.
- Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule.
- Participate in training, feedback, and ongoing professional development.
- Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or a related area.
