  • 7+ years in Talent Management, Career Growth, and Internal Mobility; or a Senior People Business Partner with a strong background in this area of specialization.
  • Experienced across different pillars of Talent Management including internal mobility, career growth, career pathing, performance management, handling low performance, succession planning.
  • Experience with Workday and Greenhouse a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Fully own the design, development, and delivery of company-wide talent initiatives at Datadog, with an initial focus on Internal Mobility.
  • Stand-up new programs to support Datadog’s rapid growth, with a focus on Career Growth.
  • Create and implement Internal Mobility policies and procedures to encourage employee movement.
  • Analyze Internal Mobility data to track trends, measure the effectiveness of programs, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Provide expert guidance to People Business Partners, CoEs and leaders from all business areas.
  • Solve complex problems, working across internal stakeholders to build consensus and keep making progress.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and refine offerings based on employee feedback, result metrics, and company priorities.
  • Research, recommend, and implement new tools and systems to help our programs and initiatives scale.
  • Consult with SMEs to help them develop and deliver their own high-quality talent programs as needed.
  • Work closely with and enable PBPs; your partnership will allow them to have maximal impact across all of Datadog.
  • Actively manage a full portfolio of talent initiatives across the company.
