Requirements

  • Professional experience with billing-relevant processes and written and telephone customer communication is required.
  • A completed commercial, medical, or pharmaceutical vocational qualification is required; ideally, the candidate has trained as an insurance and financial investments merchant (formerly insurance and finance merchant).
  • Good spoken and written expression and strong customer and service orientation are required.
  • Confidence using modern media technology and willingness to learn new systems are required.
  • Enjoyment of independent work, a high sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team are required.

Responsibilities

  • Process reimbursement claims in comprehensive health and supplementary health insurance.
  • Serve as a contact for private customers with benefit questions, from medicines to dental prostheses.
  • Handle written and telephone correspondence about benefits and reimbursement questions.
  • Engage customers with modern health programs and service offerings.
