Requirements
  • You have a high school diploma (bonus points for related post-secondary education).
  • You have 2-3 years of previous sales experience.
  • This position requires a General Insurance Certificate of Authority Level 1; if you do not have one, AMA will help you earn one and provide in-house training.
  • You have a general understanding of insurance and are ready to learn even more.
  • Your communication and documentation skills are top-notch.
Responsibilities
  • Report to the Director, New Business Development.
  • Promote AMA Insurance products through coordinated outbound calls and supporting an inbound sales queue.
  • Effectively articulate the value of our products and explain pricing in a simple, empathetic, and professional manner.
  • Attend training sessions to advance product knowledge.
  • Deliver a TYLF (treat you like family) experience in all interactions with customers and co-workers.
