- Completed high school diploma or GED.
- Able to produce a high-standard deliverable under time constraints.
- Experience interacting with external customers.
- Able to accurately follow written work instructions and work in a structured environment.
- Able to drive a box truck.
- Able to work independently without constant instruction and change tasks quickly.
- Able to maintain a consistent pace.
- Able to keep the warehouse organized and prioritize work effectively.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, crouch, stoop, kneel, bend, climb ramps, stairs, or ladders, and reach overhead.
- Able to sit at a computer and keyboard for up to eight hours per day.
- Able to perform tasks requiring near vision and communicate and hear in person and by telephone.
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders, and organize and retrieve stock.
- Assemble cardboard boxes, kit shipments, and make and print labels.
- Perform shipping and receiving, including potentially making UPS or FedEx drop-offs.
- Maintain inventory, perform audits, and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Enter data accurately and maintain good documentation.
