- Serve bar and restaurant orders promptly and politely.
- Take food and drink orders, verify them, and record them accurately in Micros.
- Ensure drinks are properly presented.
- Check periodically whether clients need anything.
- Inform clients of last call.
- Process client checks properly.
- Arrange bar-area furniture as needed.
- Keep the bar area stocked, clean, and orderly.
- Know the bar menu, wine and beer list, and drink ingredients to advise clients and upsell.
- Promote additional sales professionally and politely.
- Coordinate arrangements and reservations with the Bar/Restaurant Manager.
- Handle intoxicated customers appropriately.
- Understand and comply with alcohol and spirits policies and regulations.
- Check the restaurant reservation list frequently during the shift.
- Lock and secure spirits at the end of the shift.
- Submit to security-agent checks for order registration in Micros.
- Participate in inventories and spot checks, know stock levels, and communicate purchasing needs.
- Follow the work schedule, discipline, and standards established by labor laws and internal regulations.
- Fulfill duties described in the job description and tasks according to job performance standards.
- Comply with occupational health and safety rules and fire-prevention norms.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding operations and work performed during employment, including salary information.
- Maintain respectful behavior and language with colleagues, superiors, and clients.
- Maintain professional attire and demeanor, avoid leaning on the bar or shouting, and refrain from consuming food or drinks during service.
