Requirements
Have 2–4 years of experience working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
Have an interest in working in a Catholic environment; applicants from all backgrounds are welcome.
Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, including compassionate care in person and over the telephone.
Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with time-management skills.
Be proficient in using computers, software, and technology.
Be bilingual in Spanish.
Complete FBI/BCI fingerprint screening, Diocese of Youngstown Safe Environment Training (VIRTUS certificate), and the Diocese of Youngstown Employment Application at the time of formal offer.
Responsibilities
Guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options using consultative, relationship-driven conversations.
Conduct arrangement meetings, attend committals, and participate in parish outreach.
Work autonomously while receiving support from the team.
