Accounting Manager
About the job
- A completed bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting areas is required.
- Experience leading teams and financial close processes is required.
- Experience serving as the responsible lead or primary counterpart in external audits is required; experience with Big Four firms is preferred.
- Strong command of ERP systems and advanced Excel is required.
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure proper execution of the company's accounting and tax strategies, ensuring reliable financial information, regulatory compliance, and efficient department operations.
- Ensure monthly accounting close is completed with quality, timeliness, and consistency.
- Ensure correct application of Financial Reporting Standards (NIF).
- Analyze and resolve complex or unusual transactions using technical judgment.
- Keep accounting policies and procedures up to date.
- Direct, develop, and monitor the performance of the accounting team.
- A master's degree in Finance, an MBA, or studies related to digital transformation is desirable.
- Experience with Big Four audit firms is preferred.
