Responsibilities
  • Serves as client’s primary point of contact. Delivers on Client Service Standards to maximize client satisfaction and drive retention and acquisition
  • Generates sales leads through cross-function collaboration, centers of influence and personal contacts
  • Develops perspective on clients by gathering personal data and information on financial situation, goals, objectives and risk
  • Selects specific FFB asset allocation strategies according to client goals and risk tolerances. Implements FFB asset allocation strategies for new and incremental assets within client accounts
  • Coordinates unique portfolio requirements or client situations with FFB Investment Committee
  • Delivers annual investment reviews to clients. Communicates updates to FFB portfolio strategies to clients and prospects
  • Utilization of financial planning to drive client retention and acquisition
  • Serves on the FFB Investment Committee as client advocate and strategy consultant
  • Completes regulator investment review requirements for assigned client accounts and adheres to other departmental compliance guidelines

Hallador Energy Closes $120 Million Senior Secured Credit Facilities

TERRE HAUTE, Ind., March 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Hallador Energy Company (Nasdaq: HNRG) (“Hallador” or the “Company”) today announced that on March 5, 2026, the Company closed a $120 million Senior Secured Credit Agreement (the “Credit Agreement”) maturing on March 5, 2029, consisting of a $75 million revolving credit facility and a $45 million delayed draw term loan facility (collectively, the “Facilities”). The Company expects to use borrowings under the Facilities to refinance its prior credit facility and provide working capital. The Company also benefits by extending the Company’s debt maturity profile and enhancing overall liquidity. Borrowings may also be used to support strategic growth initiatives and for general corporate purposes. First Financial Bancorp reported fourth-quarter revenues of $251.3 million, up 12.1% year on year and exceeding analysts' expectations by 2%. The regional bank delivered adjusted earnings per share of $0.80, with an adjusted return on assets of 1.52% and adjusted return on tangible common equity of 20.3%. Balance sheet performance was solid, with loan growth of 4% on an annualised basis and total average deposits increasing approximately 7% annualised, excluding the Westfield acquisition impact. The net interest margin declined slightly from the third quarter but proved resilient as reduced funding costs offset most effects from short-term rate reductions. Across the 95 regional banks tracked, fourth-quarter revenues beat consensus estimates by 1.4%, with share prices up 3.9% on average since earnings announcements.

First Financial Bancorp reported record fourth-quarter results with adjusted earnings per share of $0.80, adjusted return on assets of 1.52% and return on tangible common equity of 20.3%. Net interest margin stood at 3.99%, with first-quarter 2026 guidance of 3.94%–3.99% assuming a 25 basis point March rate cut. The Westfield Bank acquisition added $1.6 billion in loans and $1.8 billion in deposits, whilst organic loan growth reached $131 million, or 4% annualised. Acquisition-related costs pushed adjusted non-interest expense higher, with first-quarter expense guidance of $156 million–$158 million. Adjusted fee income hit a quarterly record of $77.3 million. Management expects fee revenue to trend towards $75 million–$80 million later in 2026, with first-quarter guidance of $71 million–$73 million.

First Financial issued $300 million of 6.375% subordinated debt during the quarter. For full-year 2025, the company reported earnings per diluted share of $2.66, up from $2.40 in 2024. The board approved a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, payable on 16 March 2026.
