Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead training and enablement initiatives, including the development of training materials and delivery of training sessions.
  • Proven experience with Anaplan or similar planning and analytics platforms preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy to drive the adoption and effective use of Anaplan for supply chain planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align enablement initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain planning processes and Anaplan capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the central enablement team on enablement strategy and planning for the various functions.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials to educate and empower end-users and stakeholders, as well as Anaplan employees.
  • Create and maintain user guides, training videos, and other enablement resources.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the supply chain planning teams.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and supply chain planning processes.
