Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • eScribers listed 18 open contractor roles in May 2026, signaling active demand.
  • Colorado statewide contracts create a low-friction sales channel for courts and agencies.
  • NLRB still lists eScribers as an incumbent awardee through September 2027.

What critics are saying

  • eScribers still depends on contractor labor, so quality and availability swings can hit service levels fast.
  • NLRB recompete in 2026 puts $3.5 million of incumbent revenue on the line.
  • Court systems can switch vendors quickly, and a lost statewide MSA would cripple growth.

What makes eScribers unique

  • eScribers holds statewide transcription contracts in Colorado, Arizona, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
  • AAERT-certified workflows and secure remote reporting distinguish eScribers from commodity transcription vendors.
  • Operations span the U.S., U.K., and Ireland after acquiring Gwen Malone in 2022.
