  • A B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

  • Be the hero our partners need by responding swiftly and professionally to their technical inquiries via phone, web submissions, and email.
  • Empower our partners by educating them on supported technologies, diagnosing issues, and guiding them toward solutions that foster self-sufficiency.
  • Take charge of your cases, prioritizing based on issue severity, and keep our partners informed every step of the way, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales teams to provide a seamless support experience that leaves our partners feeling well cared for.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by participating in regular training sessions, ensuring you're always up to date on the latest technologies and best practices.
