  • Demonstrated experience in broadcast operations, with a substantial understanding of both consumer-level and professional streaming techniques.
  • Familiarity with streaming protocols such as RTMP, RTSP, and HLS, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the technical landscape of live streaming.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor high-priority live broadcasts, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with various departments, both internally and externally, to ensure successful broadcasts from start to finish.
  • Troubleshoot live broadcasts using phone support and helpdesk ticketing software.
  • Document issues and/or solutions for all assigned events for data tracking purposes.
  • Escalate high-profile events and issues to Tier 2 Agents in a timely manner.
  • Participate in various projects and proactive outreach, as seen fit by leadership.
