News and Articles Transactions July 21, 2026 Harpeth Capital is pleased to announce that it served as exclusive financial advisor to Nashville-based First Honey, LLC ("First Honey" or the "Company") in connection with its sale to Gentell, a leading manufacturer of advanced wound care products. Co-founded by Jonathan "Jono" Scarlett and Sarah Scarlett, First Honey is a consumer health and wellness company built around medical-grade Manuka honey. The Company's product portfolio includes ointments, creams, first aid, and skin care products made with high-potency Manuka honey.
