- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a healthcare-related field is required.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, technical, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Ability to work effectively with others as a team, communicate effectively, and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor and attitude under stressful conditions.
- Perform a wide range of operational and analytical duties to assist with the planning, management, and coordination of the Patient Care and Surgical Services Divisions' operational, clinical, quality, and educational initiatives.
- Prior Human Resources and/or operations experience.
- Prior project or system implementation experience.
