Requirements

Experience in customer support or service in the electrification sector, with at least 2 years of experience.
A degree in engineering or a related field.
Ability to communicate in English.
Experience working with Sales force, Engineering Systems, and SAP.

Responsibilities

Support the assigned Sales organization and customers during the proposal process.
Serve as a technical resource in the assigned area.
Prepare technical descriptions of products and technology, determine costs, and prepare final documentation.
Offer technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers, channels, and Sales Specialists about ABB products, systems, and applications.
Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine optimal technical solutions that meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
Develop and maintain sales opportunities, resolve specific customer problems, and ensure achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance, and Net Promoter Score.
Ensure achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across assigned product groups and respective countries.

This position reports to:

EL Sales Support Manager - Pre-Sales

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

This role is contributing to the electrification in Americas

You will be mainly accountable for:

Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.
Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.

Qualifications for the role

You are engaged in working with Sales force, Engineering Systems & SAP and in the electrification sector
Ability to demonstrate your experience in customer support /service. You have +2 years of experience in customer service & electrification sector
You are passionate about problem solving around high skilled teams
Degree in engineering or related
You are at ease communicating in English
