Requirements
  • Six to seven or more years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry.
Responsibilities
  • Lead complex client engagements end-to-end and provide project oversight to meet client expectations and strategic direction.
  • Develop and coach high-performing teams of one to five junior members, providing timely feedback, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to organization-building initiatives, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and mentorship.
  • Provide technical and content guidance to project teams and leadership leveraging analytical thinking and domain expertise.
  • Review analytical approaches and outputs for accuracy and alignment with client business questions.
  • Own the development of high-quality, organized content and serve as the final reviewer before client delivery.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, persuasive stories and recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Coach project teams on slide creation, storyboarding, and executive-ready communication.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and collaborate with leadership to identify future strategic opportunities.
  • Improve internal processes to increase delivery quality and consistency.
  • Facilitate team reflection and drive the application of insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Travel for project work as needed, averaging twenty percent.

BGB Group, a commercial solutions company for biopharmaceutical firms, has acquired Hayden Consulting Group, a market access and patient services consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. Hayden specialises in resolving complex payer, reimbursement and affordability challenges for global pharmaceutical brands. The acquisition combines Hayden's market access expertise with BGB's strategic advisory services, which span commercial due diligence, new product planning and go-to-market strategies. Hayden will continue to be led by co-founders Jamie Sidore and David MacDougall, becoming part of BGB's strategic advisory practice headed by Hilary Gentile. The combined entity aims to provide clients with integrated solutions across the full brand lifecycle, from early planning through commercialisation.
