Requirements
  • Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace painting is preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators and protective clothing, as needed.
  • U.S. citizenship is required to comply with U.S. Government international trade regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare aerospace parts and components for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
  • Apply primers, coatings, and paint finishes according to specifications and work instructions.
  • Inspect painted parts for quality, consistency, and proper coverage.
  • Operate spray-painting equipment and maintain painting tools and materials.
  • Mix paints and coatings to required specifications.
  • Handle and move parts properly throughout the paint process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment.
  • Work with production, quality, and assembly teams to meet deadlines and production goals.
  • Stand and move throughout the shift in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bend, lift, and handle parts using proper lifting techniques.
  • Use steady and precise hand movements for detailed finishing work.
