Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a role encompassing revenue and account management, data insights & analysis, within the programmatic and online advertising space
  • Expertise within the advertising technology landscape and wider programmatic ecosystem
  • Deep experience in strategy & business development of clients and partners
  • Exceptional analytical skills, high level of comfort with big data and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to distill key business insights from data
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing across multiple business units
  • Extensive experience developing strategies and plans to help achieve revenue growth as well as customer satisfaction
  • Excellent relationship building & management skills, communication, attention to detail, analytical mindset, technical aptitude with a strong understanding of the digital ad marketplace & ability to lead delivery related client interactions, backed by data and understanding of technological aspects
  • Strong MS Excel skills and proven competency in data analysis and logical reasoning
  • High proficiency in the ad-tech ecosystem of ad exchanges/ networks, DSPs, 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad-operations, delivery and measurement platforms
  • Prior client facing experience while owning revenue management for a product/ business line/ account/ geography
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of data analytics-based optimizations/ experiments on revenue delivery
  • Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment
Responsibilities
  • Manage the programmatic, operations and activation relationships with programmatic trading desks across the region
  • Work with global InMobi teams to underpin the relationship with the overall holding company and respective operating companies
  • Drive thought leadership and strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g. regional agency teams (APAC, EMEA), sales, marketing and operations to ensure consistency across global markets
  • Be the voice of the customer inside InMobi and bring feedback across to our product/ product marketing teams etc.
  • Developing medium to long-range plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers
  • Identifying and managing interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities
  • Resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer service
  • Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts
  • Create innovative and differentiated offerings and strategies for growing the programmatic side of the business across the Region, staying relevant and in sync with market demand
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to external trading teams by conducting Learning and Development (L&D) sessions on best practices for in-app buying and enabling the utilization of InMobi Exchange in Supply Path Optimization (SPO) efforts. Empower our partners with industry-leading insights and collaborate with verification partners to this end
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners. These sessions aim to identify synergies for growth, emphasizing a consultative and tactical approach. Address day-to-day challenges while focusing on long-term strategies
  • Deliver revenue growth for the portfolio of clients across all channels on InMobi Exchange. This includes identifying new strategic opportunities and nurturing existing revenue streams to ensure consistent growth
