- Proficient knowledge of common residential systems, including plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and carpentry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Execute repairs and maintenance in plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, carpentry, and painting.
- Address resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with unit turnover and maintenance preparation for new residents.
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify and rectify potential maintenance issues.
- Keep maintenance tools and inventory organized and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with property management to prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and industry regulations at all times.
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience is preferred.
