Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our Department of Anesthesiology in the beautiful Upper Valley of New Hampshire. We offer full-time opportunities at New Hampshire’s only Level I Trauma Center, where advanced clinical care, academic medicine, and a supportive team environment come together.
With more than 45,000 cases annually across over 40 anesthetizing locations, our team provides anesthesia services for a diverse and medically complex patient population. From routine procedures to high-acuity surgical care and non-operating room anesthesia, you’ll have opportunities to expand your clinical experience while collaborating with experienced colleagues in a leading academic environment.
We recognize that a fulfilling career includes time to enjoy life outside of work. With predictable scheduled shifts, flexible scheduling options, and approximately 10 weeks away from clinical work each year for full-time CRNAs, our practice is designed to support a healthy work-life balance.

Compensation and benefits• Starting salary tiers of $259,400, with increases based on CRNA experience.• $75,000 sign-on incentive, paid in three installments across two years• Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance, based on mileage.• Health, dental, and vision insurance beginning on day one.• 403(b) retirement plan with up to a 6% employer match.• Reimbursement for licenses and certifications.• $4,000 biennial continuing medical education (CME) stipend.• Weekly educational opportunities to earn continuing education credits.
