Responsibilities
Build, service, satisfy, and maintain customer relationships with dormant accounts and new potential customers.
Establish long-term business relationships with customers and suppliers.
Perform daily telemarketing efforts to qualify sales opportunities, evaluate sales opportunities, recognize unrequested value-added opportunities, provide literature and samples, coordinate opportunities with partners, and determine quote importance.
Respond to customer requests and communications regarding product availability.
Prepare final quotes for customers and solicit partners for information needed to prepare quotes.
Enter orders for the order entry process.
Monitor customer service levels regarding on-time shipments, rejections, problem orders, and back orders, and resolve incomplete orders.
Build an extensive knowledge base of SEA products, including advanced knowledge of relevant aerospace and military specifications and related industry products.
Comply with applicable federal laws and regulations relating to the aerospace and military product industry.
Maintain and handle SEA Wire and Cable trade secret and proprietary information.

Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

The SEA intermediate salesperson is building a knowledge base to become a Senior Sales person. This knowledge base will include extensive and highly advanced knowledge of all SEA products, to include an acute expertise in all relevant aerospace, military specification and other related industry specifications and products. The SEA salesperson has the unique responsibility to fully comply with all federal laws and regulations as they relate to the aerospace and military product industry. The SEA salesperson, as a condition of employment and by virtue of their position, will be required to maintain and otherwise handle trade secret and proprietary information belonging exclusively to SEA Wire and Cable, Inc.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum high school education or equivalent.
