- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to critically assess and implement new ideas.
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools.
- Ability to perform work involving extended sitting, occasional standing, stooping, bending, minimal lifting, and manual dexterity.
- Collaborate with Product Management to explore and identify new technologies for investigation, development, or modification to enhance product offerings.
- Partner with the lab to create Proofs of Concept and conduct viability testing.
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market dynamics and identify innovations that differentiate the company from competitors.
