Requirements

Follow production, safety, quality, productivity, environmental management, energy, and health and safety risk-prevention standards and procedures.
Check conformity of raw materials, packaging items, and small equipment supplied to the workstation.
Carry out quality control operations, including additional technical quality-control skills at Level 2.
Maintain versatility within the site-defined criteria and, at Level 3, be multi-competent in several areas.
Respect product-handling rules.

Responsibilities

Carry out production operations according to defined standards, detect and report anomalies, and meet quality and deadline expectations.
Clean and maintain machines and the workstation; perform Level 1 maintenance and check production installations and equipment for operating and safety status.
Complete production monitoring documents and supply the workstation with materials, packaging items, and small equipment.
Check and control product quality at machine entry and exit, condition parts, isolate defective products, alert the team, and open a QRAP when necessary.
Monitor manufacturing programs and operations while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Participate in or perform series changes, and maintain proper functioning of the production tool.
Participate in improvement projects and continuous improvement, including proposing and implementing improvement actions.
Adjust or parameterize production equipment.
Maintain the 5S organization of the workstation.
Inform the team leader or supervisor of detected problems, communicate handover instructions to the next team, and participate in daily and monthly meetings and training.
Support and train colleagues according to site-defined criteria.
May partially replace a higher-qualification role when required.
Respect and promote standards for environmental management, energy, and health and safety risk prevention, and alert others to deviations.
Comply with current policies and procedures.

Ensure production while respecting quality and deadlines

Level 1

Carry out one or more production operations, in compliance with defined standards, detect and report anomalies.
Clean and maintain machines as well as their workstation.
Complete production monitoring documents.
Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, checking their conformity.
Check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts. Isolate defective products and alert them by opening a QRAP.
Monitor the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards.

Level 2

Participate/Perform series changes.
Carry out quality control operations requiring additional technical skills.
Ensure the proper functioning of your production tool

Level 1

Check the operating and safety status of production installations and equipment. Ensure level 1 maintenance.
Be guarantor of the 5S of the position.
Inform the team leader, or his supervisor, of the problems he detects and open a QRAP if necessary. Pass the instructions regarding your position to the next team.
Participate in daily and monthly meetings and training.

Level 2

Participate in improvement projects.
Carry out adjustment/parameterization operations on production equipment.

Respect and enforce all standards in terms of environmental management, energy and health and safety risk prevention and alert in the event of deviation.
Comply with current policies and procedures.
Participate in the continuous improvement process within the team, in particular through the emergence and realization of PAs (proposals for improvement).
Respect the rules for respecting the product.

Level 2

Be versatile within its scope (according to the versatility criteria defined on the site). Support and train (according to the criteria defined on the site).

Level 3

May be required to partially replace a higher qualification job.
Be multi-competent in several areas (according to the versatility criteria defined on the site).
