  • 5+ years of founder or product management experience, ideally with multiple successful fintech product launches.
  • A proven track record of building products that scaled beyond $20M+ ARR.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create clear, engaging product collateral for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You must personally test-drive all functionality before shipping it and make significant edits to the documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities
  • Own product development: Take full ownership of the end-to-end development process for our platform, from ideation to execution. You’ll lead the charge in building core features ensuring they meet the needs of our customers in the fintech and crypto space.
  • Drive product strategy: Define the product vision and strategy, prioritizing features and initiatives that will solve complex global employment and compensation challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams to bring a vision to life, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all departments.
  • Engage with customers: Interface directly with enterprise clients to gather feedback and insights, translating those into product improvements and new features that drive adoption.
  • Create clear product documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, user guides, and other external content to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless user experience for customers.
