Set up the governance structure, including the Steering Committee, PMO, and key stakeholders.

Lead status meetings and prepare executive reporting covering KPIs, risks, and decisions.
Manage expectations and alignment across multiple teams and countries for global rollouts.
Coordinate business requirements gathering and manage scope changes, change requests, and approvals.
Monitor project progress and remove blockers.
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and with quality.
Maintain and drive risk and issue logs, track and escalate dependencies, and ensure mitigation plans are implemented.
Coordinate vendor activities and control deliverables, statements of work, invoices, and hours.
Plan and manage system integration testing and user acceptance testing cycles.
Lead the cutover plan and ensure go-live readiness.
Organize hypercare support, incident management, and transition to operations.
Ensure delivery of project charters, RAID logs, meeting minutes, solution design documents, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
