Maintain and drive risk and issue logs; track and escalate dependencies involving interfaces, transports, environments, and approvals; and ensure mitigation plans are implemented.
Manage team capacity and allocation for internal and external consultants.
Coordinate vendor activities and control statements of work, invoices, and hours.
Manage project financials, including budget, forecasting, and cost tracking.

Lead the cutover plan and ensure go-live readiness; coordinate transport plans, freeze periods, and deployment activities.
Organize hypercare support, incident management, and transition to operations.
Ensure delivery of project charter, risk and issue log, meeting minutes, solution design documents, training materials, and standard operating procedures.

We are lookin for a new Project Manager who will be responsible for the structured governance and end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams. This role provides oversight of scope, timelines, budget, risks, and quality, while coordinating all project phases from planning through go-live to ensure successful, business-aligned outcomes.
