- Active or eligible Texas state licensure as a Psychologist.
- Experience working with adult and/or geriatric populations in outpatient settings.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Private, quiet home workspace suitable for conducting telehealth sessions.
- Administer comprehensive psychological and neurocognitive assessments in-person and via telehealth.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral management in a hybrid care model.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team; oversee department logistics and staffing support.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Manage and maintain testing materials inventory and ensure resources remain current.
- Experience with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
- Background in neurocognitive or neuropsychological testing.
- Bilingual skills, with Spanish preferred but not required.
