Requirements
  • Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active or eligible Texas state licensure as a Psychologist.
  • Experience working with adult and/or geriatric populations in outpatient settings.
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Private, quiet home workspace suitable for conducting telehealth sessions.
Responsibilities
  • Administer comprehensive psychological and neurocognitive assessments in-person and via telehealth.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral management in a hybrid care model.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team; oversee department logistics and staffing support.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Manage and maintain testing materials inventory and ensure resources remain current.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
  • Background in neurocognitive or neuropsychological testing.
  • Bilingual skills, with Spanish preferred but not required.
