Responsibilities
  • Building delightful customer facing features in our platform
  • Building internal tools to support our Operations and Finance teams
  • Helping to scale our integrations with other HRIS, ITSM and MDM providers
  • Helping to improve infrastructure performance and optimize architecture for scalability
  • Improving observability, monitoring, and alerting systems, ensuring rapid response and minimal downtime in operational incidents
