  • Proven experience as a product trainer, corporate trainer, or similar role in a technology or SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, video editing software, presentation tools).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training sessions.
Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain engaging training materials, including documentation, video tutorials, webinars, and e-learning modules, tailored to various audiences.
  • Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions for new and existing clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the Placements.io platform.
  • Educate internal teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, on product features, updates, and best practices.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training materials and methods. Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to ensure training content remains current.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams post-training.
  • Develop and update comprehensive user guides, FAQs, and other instructional materials to support training initiatives.
  • Track and report on training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
