  • At least 1+ year(s) of H-2A case management experience
  • Superior communications skills (presentation, written, & verbal)
  • Experience supervising and mentoring other team members
  • Experience using electronic case management software, such as FLAG
  • Ruthlessly organized with the ability to prioritize, delegate, multi-task, and execute with tight, strict deadlines
  • Ability to independently navigate complex and emotional situations in a professional manner
  • Demonstrable interest in agriculture and passion for improving the lives of farmers and farmworkers
  • Working proficiency in Spanish is ideal but not required
Responsibilities
  • Communicate complex concepts and priorities clearly to customers
  • Utilize deep knowledge and experience to build up other team members
  • Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for H-2A applications
  • Ensure H-2A applications are free of mistakes and include all essential information
  • Communicate with government agencies on behalf of clients
  • Collaborate with immigration attorneys on complex cases
  • Lead a small group of Case Managers and balance workload
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s and check-ins with the team
  • Act as first escalation point for challenging issues
  • Coach the team in best practices and continuous improvement
  • Listen to clients' challenges and advise on high-risk submissions
  • Advise clients on best practices related to housing and labor
  • Advocate for process and product improvements
